Used in conjunction using the included wide field 10x stereo eyepieces, it is possible to achieve magnifications of 10x and 30x out from the box. The microscope head sits with a comfortable 45 degree incline. The eyepieces sit inside a gemel type assembly, enabling maximum flexibility in adjusting the interpupillary distance. The left eyepiece holder includes an independently controlled diopter focusing adjustment, and molded rubber eyecups are given to your comfort. The focusing knob is on the right and left side from the scope enabling easy adjustment with either the right or left hand. This microscope comes using a built-in upper minimizing light source. It is possible to toggle either the top of or lower light to illuminate both transparent and opaque specimens. Spare halogen bulbs are included with your microscope.
